BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DAVID BAKER – PRESIDENT

David has been involved with DCC in many capacities since 1998 and is the manager of our water quality monitoring programs.

 
 
 


MARK ALLEN – SECRETARY

Mark has participated in DCC activities for three years and completed watershed training with Sacramento River Watershed Program. His focus is on trails.

 
 
 
 

CAMMIE MORALES – TREASURER

Cammie developed the Auburn Ravine Park restoration project in consultation with John Williams, a past DCC president, and organized a dedicated group of volunteers to remove invasive plants and replace them with native trees.




Kevin is a new member of the board who has worked with DCC as past president of Sac Sierra Chapter of Trout unlimited and brings expertise in scientific testing equipment and managing a business enterprise.

 
 



MICHAEL STARK

Michael was elected to the board in 2014.  An educator by profession, as both a classroom teacher and as an educational consultant for Service-Learning for over forty years, he assists DCC with development and implementing educational programs focused on stream health and is the vidographer for the organization.

Duke is a lifelong Roseville supporter. His writings and books document the intimate history of the American Basin.
