About the Dry Creek Conservancy
The Dry Creek Conservancy is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the Dry Creek Watershed in Placer and Sacramento Counties. Organized in 1996, the Dry Creek Conservancy has worked to educate the public, preserve open space, restore habitat, and improve recreation for all to enjoy.

What's being done? DCC has raised over $3 million from donations and grants-in-partnership with watershed businesses, local governments, and state and federal agencies for a variety of projects. Recently, the Conservancy published the Secret Ravine Adpative Management Plan as a guide to restoring salmon and steelhead trout.
